Refund Policy
Effective from the date of your booking · Last updated 14 February 2026.
Applies to all bookings made with TripSynco (Anna Massey, GSTIN 06EQUPM6570D3ZB).
Read carefully
All bookings are strictly non-refundable.
Once payment is verified and your booking is confirmed, the amount paid to TripSynco is final. No refund will be issued for cancellation, no-show, early check-out, change of mind or any reason not explicitly listed in the narrow exceptions below.
1. Cancellations by the guest
If you cancel a confirmed booking for any reason, the entire amount paid is forfeited. This applies regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is made. We recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance if you are concerned about unexpected changes to your plans.
2. No-shows
Failure to arrive at the property on the check-in date, or cancellation after the scheduled check-in time, is treated as a no-show. No refund is payable for no-shows.
3. Early check-out
If you check out earlier than the scheduled check-out date, no refund is payable for the unused nights.
4. Modifications
Modifications to dates, room type or guest count are not guaranteed and are subject to the property's approval, room availability and any rate difference for the new period. Rate differences (if any) are payable by the guest; downgrades do not produce a refund. Requesting a modification is not equivalent to a cancellation and does not create a refund entitlement.
5. Failed payments
If your payment attempt fails or is declined, no amount will be charged and no booking will be created. If your card is charged but no confirmation is received within 30 minutes, the amount will be automatically reversed by Razorpay to the original payment method within seven to ten working days. This automatic reversal is a payment gateway function and not a TripSynco refund.
6. Narrow exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances, and only at the sole discretion of TripSynco after documentary evidence has been reviewed:
- The property becomes unavailable due to a verified force majeure event (natural disaster, government-declared emergency) affecting the destination on the check-in date.
- The property is closed by the operator due to reasons entirely outside the guest's control and cannot offer a comparable alternative.
- A duplicate charge is confirmed by Razorpay for the same booking reference.
In all such cases, any refund granted may be net of payment gateway charges, GST and non-recoverable third-party costs. Refund decisions made by TripSynco are final.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a booking covered by this policy will result in immediate account suspension and may be treated as a breach of these terms. TripSynco will contest such chargebacks with the guest's acknowledgement of this policy as evidence.
8. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of a booking is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified in the Terms of Service.
