1. Who we are
TripSynco is a hotel-booking service operated by Anna Massey (Sole Proprietorship), trading as TripSynco. GSTIN 06EQUPM6570D3ZB. Registered office: B05-401, Royal Green Crescent Park Sare Homes, Sector-92, Gurugram, Haryana 122505, India.
When you book through us, we facilitate a reservation with an independent hotel; the hotel is responsible for the delivery of the stay itself. We are responsible for the booking transaction and post-booking support.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate contact and payment details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. TripSynco may suspend or terminate accounts used in breach of these terms.
3. Booking & payment
Prices displayed include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed only when payment is successfully verified — a confirmation email, WhatsApp update, PDF voucher and dashboard entry follow. Until then, no reservation exists at the property.
4. Strict no-refund policy
All bookings are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is verified, the amount paid to TripSynco is final and no refund will be issued for cancellation, no-show, early check-out, change of mind, or any reason not explicitly listed in the narrow exceptions of our Refund Policy. By checking out you acknowledge and accept the full Refund Policy.
5. Modifications
Modifications to dates, room type or guest count are not guaranteed and are subject to the property's approval, room availability and any rate difference for the new period. Rate differences are payable by the guest; downgrades do not produce a refund.
6. Guest conduct
Guests must comply with the property's house rules and applicable law. Any damage caused to the property, disturbance to other guests or illegal activity may result in eviction without refund, and TripSynco reserves the right to recover related costs and to refuse future bookings.
7. Content, imagery & availability
Hotel names, descriptions, imagery and rates are provided by properties or their agents. We take reasonable care to verify accuracy but do not warrant that every detail is current at all times. Availability shown at the moment of booking may occasionally differ from a property's actual state; if a property cannot honour a confirmed booking, we will use best efforts to place you in a comparable alternative — where this is not possible, the exception clauses of our Refund Policy may apply.
8. WhatsApp & email communications
By making a booking or submitting an enquiry, you consent to receiving transactional and service-related communications from TripSynco by email and by WhatsApp. Marketing communications (the newsletter) are opt-in only and you can unsubscribe at any time.
9. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a booking covered by these terms and the Refund Policy will result in immediate account suspension. We will contest such chargebacks and share your acknowledgement of the Refund Policy with the payment processor.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripSynco's liability for any claim arising out of a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified by the client. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
